Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cetra ("the Service"), operated by the team behind ORMA (Online Reputation Management Australia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cetra is a self-serve online reputation management tool that audits your Google search results, identifies platform gaps, and generates AI-powered content to help you manage your online presence. The Service is available via subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions (bios, articles, profile summaries). This content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, free from errors, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for any content you publish using our suggestions.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. Your search result data, platform analysis, and generated content are private to your account and protected by row-level security.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, but we retain rights to the underlying AI models and prompts used to generate it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service. Reputation management takes time and results vary based on individual circumstances, existing search results, and effort invested.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
